Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Provides support to digital marketing activities that optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Assists on creation of online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Assist in translating ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertizing and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies basic application of statistics-based market intelligence to business issues. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles.
Job duties are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.

NetSuite isseeking aMarketingCampaigns Specialistwho will be responsible for demand generationnurture campaigns. This person will own the master campaign calendar and createnurture campaigns with targeted messaging that generates quality leads andaccelerates funnel conversions. In addition, this person will work with industryassociations and publishers on producing third-party webinars and emailcampaigns that drive awareness and lead growth through thought leadershipcontent. We are looking for a strong team player who is detail-orientedand analytical, and who will focus on driving results. As MarketingCampaigns Specialist, you will have experience building end-to-end campaignsfrom conceptualization to production, promotions and follow up. You must have adeep understanding of email marketing best practices, and have experience inwebinar production and content creation. This person will play a key role aspart of the NetSuite Demand Generation team that is responsible for meetingaggressive growth targets. He/She must be a strong team player, and will workacross multiple teams to translate goals into campaign strategies and tacticsthat deliver results. This person will focus on streamlining processes tomaximize results, and continually iterate testing strategies to optimizereturns.
This role is metrics-oriented and must be capable of analyzing andinterpreting data, and translating the results into campaign best practices.This person will also be expected to regularly review campaign performance, andcreate associated reports with learnings to present to relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategy for, and own end-to-end demand gen nurture campaigns
* Manage campaign calendar for North America. Oversee scheduling of horizontal and vertical email campaigns, webinars, events, customer announcements, newsletters, etc.
* Build integrated campaigns from strategy development to theme conceptualization, content procurement, copywriting, scheduling, logistics, and promotions
* Produce and moderate live webinars.
* Create and optimize drip campaigns including welcome, abandonment and nonresponder tracks
* Analyze and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign results. Make recommendations to key stakeholders on learnings, challenges to overcome and areas to optimize.
* Develop testing strategy for email, with focus on subject lines, copy, creative to improve open-rates, click-throughs and conversions.
* Manage and develop third party association relationships.
* Strong data analysis skills and able to use data to identify trends/insights to optimize performance.
* Work effectively across different teams to seamlessly bring campaigns to life
* Leverage business intelligence tools to deliver standardized campaign reporting
Qualifications
* 3 5 years of B2B marketing experience building end-to-end integrated campaigns
* Bachelor s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field
* Excellent copywriting and editing skills
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo.
* Experience hosting and producing live webinars using On24
