Bancroft is a leading service:provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

Bancroft is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources department.
This position is responsible for managing and continually improving the end:to:end recruiting experience at Bancroft, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the staffing needs of the organization.
:Leads a team of four Talent Acquisition Partners to develops a creative, innovative, and aligned recruitment strategy
:This role is responsible for the day to day recruitment of senior level talent as well as specialized positions for our Healthcare and Clinical Centers of Excellence
:Forecasts staffing needs and develops both strategic and tactical solutions to increase the talent pipeline
:Creates and fosters partnerships with colleges and diverse professional organizations
:Develops excellent trusted:advisor relationships at all levels of the organization and serves as the subject matter expert for the recruitment function
Qualifications:
:Bachelors Degree in business:related field required.
:Minimum of 5 years full life recruiting experience in a high volume environment required. Experience in human services or healthcare industry preferred.
:Minimum 2 years prior management experience required.
:Experience utilizing passive candidate sourcing and social media advertising.
:Working knowledge of iCIMS applicant tracking system preferred
:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong relationship building skills required
:Good problem:solving skills and ability to build a consultative approach with hiring managers necessary
