Broadridge is growing. We are actively recruiting for a Sr Director of Procurement to join our global Finance team in Secaucus, NJ. As the Sr Director, you'll lead and manage Broadridge's indirect procurement operations including, supplier relationships, contract negotiations and day-to-day operations of a North America focused (rapidly growing to a global organization in the future) indirect procurement organization. Our spend categories include IT products and Services, Business Services (including all catalogs), Contingent labor, Professional Services and the Broadridge Travel desk.

Job Responsibilities:
* You will lead, direct, evaluate and develop the indirect procurement organization and its staff to ensure resources are used effectively and work schedules and targets are met. You will be responsible for aligning departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. You will also have responsibility for human resources related activities such as hiring, performance management, pay review, etc.
* You'll develop \"best-in-class\" procurement processes with a comprehensive view on total cost of ownership, monitoring capabilities and streamlined processes.
* You will seek opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the department's short and long-term financial goals. You will make recommendation for process improvements.
* You'll participate in and deliver on key organization initiatives focused on best-in-class, standardized procurement processes and systems. Our key initiatives include; Enterprise Vendor Management program, \"No-P.O./No Pay\", Spend analytics, global organizational structure and the procurement system strategy.
* You will collaborate with Business and functional internal partners to develop category based strategies, and to monitor and drive implementation of those strategies, including delivering on key saving initiatives.
* You will participate in Vendor QBR's, effectively track supplier performance, and provide senior leadership with quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business decisions, including areas of saving and third party risk.
* You'll lead Broadridge's Travel desk and related vendors, policies and processes.
Required Skills/Competencies:
* BA or BS or equivalent;
* Minimum of 8 years' indirect procurement experience;
* 5 years of procurement management experience.
* Strong knowledge of indirect categories, processes and systems
* Strong history with of Enterprise Vendor Management
* Strong knowledge of procurement processes and process improvement skills
* Experience with change management
* Strong leadership and Management skills
* Strong negotiation and analytic skills
* Must be competent at building and maintaining department budgets.
* Must be comfortable interact with top management, including supplier top management.
* Familiar with Oracle Procurement
