**Being an HR Compliance Specialist has its Advantages**
As an HR Compliance Specialist at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. * Maintain all files and electronic records pertaining to staff employment, training, and credentialing.
* Ensure all team members are in compliance with Devereux and DDD learning and licensing Standards.
-You will work closely with our local and corporate Learning and Organizational Development teams as you oversee and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS).
* You will support professionals by serving as a backup trainer for courses in Red Cross CPR and First Aid; as well as be certified as a trainer in Safe and Positive Approaches (Devereux's approved program for preventing and responding to individual crisis).
* Become and intricate and active part of supporting our culture of employee engagement and retention by coordinating and maintaining our various reward and recognition programs.
* Currently transitioning our electronic filing system into another system known as FORTIS, which is a great opportunity to be part of a startup project.
-Provide day to day support to Human Resources and Learning team as needed with various projects, initiatives, and share in the day to day tasks needed to operate.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New Jersey provides programs and services for children, adolescents, and adults with IDD. Located in West Deptford, NJ this position is responsible for making sure all team members are in compliance with licensing standards, and should have a high competency in data entry and employee file in an HR Information System.

-High School required, some college preferred but not required.
-1-2 years administrative experience, preferably working on an HR or Learning team and/or working with confidential information.
-Strong analytical and computer skills to include by not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, HRIS and LMS
