My client is a global pharmaceutical company which operates in over 20 countries in developing products across several therapeutic areas. They have a robust pipeline and are dedicated to continued expansion of the Oncology franchise including several late-stage assets.

Job Responsibilities
The Director, Global Pricing & Access Oncology AML Franchise Leads the development of global pricing strategies for assigned Oncology AML portfolio working cross functionally with global, regional and country teams including pricing, market access, HEOR and commercial.
This position will lead the development of global pricing guidance and management of pricing approvals.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Global Pricing Oncology topics.
Lead the development of pricing strategies working cross-functionally and Establish price guidance in collaboration with top countries and regions including evaluation of outcomes-based, and other, price agreements.
Develop pricing models to evaluate pricing strategies and recommend adaptations where appropriate.
Conduct pricing research in collaboration with key markets/regions and Design and implement a global launch sequence plan with input from regional stakeholders.
Work closely with regions and countries to support their pricing and reimbursement needs.
Provide pricing input to key planning processes for Brand planning and portfolio review.
Enhance information exchange and best practice sharing across regions; drive adoption of pricing tools and resources.
Ensure pricing inputs / assumptions to the forecasting and strategic planning process.
Engage in cross functional interaction with Marketing, Medical, Global Project Teams (GPTs), Market Access, and HEOR (all are regional and global) to create pricing strategy at a high level.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in math, economics, business administration health policy, health economics or other relevant qualification. Advanced business degree (MBA) preferred.
8+ years progressive relevant experience acquired at pharmaceutical companies, Payer/HTA, physician associations or relevant consultancy companies in a multi-national context: cross- country experience or commensurate experience
Demonstrated experience with developing global pricing strategy preferred
Strong knowledge of US and Global (at minimum, Europe) reimbursement environment (private and government) preferred
Knowledge of pricing and reimbursement schemes in different areas of the world preferred
Knowledge of HEOR
Excellent knowledge of pricing market research tools, methodologies, and analytics
Recent experience of launching Oncology product(s) is strongly preferred
Must have strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and the ability to manage by influence, excellent oral and written skills
The ability to work well in a matrix team environment and independently
Fluency in English, second language desirable
Ability to travel 30%
