ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Support Service Administrator (Salesforce Admin) in our Mount Laurel, NJ office. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with Lightning experience preferred to manage our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day maintenance, administration, and configuration of the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be working closely with the Sales leadership team in order to streamline processes, resolve problems, implement solutions, and further improve efficiencies. Must have experience working with Salesforce as you will be the organizations SME.
What will you do?
+ Manage daily administration of multiple profile, role, and user setups, including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation, triggers, approval processes, and workflow rules.
+ Configure and maintain custom Salesforce Dashboards, Reporting and Analytics to monitor all sales activity and results from the Sales teams.
+ Analyze sales territories and realigns customers/prospects with Sales leadership as needed.
+ Work directly with Sales team with regards to support issues and problem troubleshooting.
+ Actively involved in reviewing, assessing and evaluating application updates with the development team to ensure optimal performance.
+ Provide recommendations on best practices and efficient use of Salesforce and other applications to streamline end user and back-office operations.
+ Translate business requirements and policies into clear business flows, technical specifications and implement changes in systems/user account settings, etc.
+ Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a implementation.
+ Provide Website maintenance and technical support for Salesforce Web-to-Lead and Web-to-Case sites; updates content and graphics; monitors performance and results; evaluates and integrates new technologies as required.
+ Create and maintain documentation on internal processes, policies, object and application configuration, and help related materials for users; train new users on Salesforce platform.
+ Assist with format and distribution of sales and marketing communication announcements including press releases, push messages, invitations, surveys, etc. when there is a need to leverage
What are we looking for?
+ In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Certification is preferred
+ Lightning integration experience preferred
+ Experience developing applications from origination through deployment
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Adobe Acrobat
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure is required
+ Bachelor s degree is preferred
