Lead others in providing prompt and accurate patient registrations while delivering good customer service. Must be able to multi task and work in a team environment. This individual serves as a lead and the front:line contact person for all incoming patients. The incumbent will greet, register, schedule and provide general information to patients and/or their families. Ensures that insurance information is verified, co:pays are collected, and that patient charts are prepared in advance. At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the PatientA?s Bill of Rights. Scheduled Days / Hours: Monday:Friday 8:30am:5:00pm Education:High School Diploma or Equivalent required.Experience:3 years experience in a medical environment required.IDX experience, some knowledge of medical insurances preferred.Leadership experience puter literate, excellent communication and customer service skills.Required License/Certifications/ Registration: All incumbents must satisfactorily complete a Cooper IDX training program to include: Registration, Scheduling, E:Commerce and FSC.
