**Client Services Analyst \\- H&W Web Analyst**

Job Responsibilities:
+ Develop effective day\\-to\\-day working relationships with the client to ensure seamless delivery on specific tasks related to Web/Portal Business Requirements Documents \\(BRDs\\)\\.
+ Lead client meetings and follow up status discussions where the subject of the meetings is review of web and communications BRDs\\.
+ Present all Business Requirements Documents \\(BRDs\\) to the client and work through requirements and review process\\.
+ Client presentation includes the following:kickoff, summarizing goals, note taking, ability to influence the conversation and outcome, and present best practices
+ Provide demos of the portal in client meetings to ensure client understanding of the product and content placement\\.
+ Overall BRD ownership of the following:
+ Utilizing standard web templates, update with client specific requirements using various reference documents such as the plan provisions document, Event Matrix, client SPDs and Terminology Document\\.
+ Maintaining client specific terminology to be agreed upon with the client at the earliest phase of kickoff\\.
+ Drafting, reviewing with client and receiving client sign off\\.
+ Reviewing signed off documents with programmers and testers\\.
+ Continuing updates to BRDs as changes are required due to client changes or programming issues\\.
+ Modifying standard communications \\(letters, emails and forms\\) according to client plan design\\.
+ Demonstrating good written communication skills including ability to modify standard participant communications into client specific text
+ Support User Acceptance Testing and Client Acceptance Testing \\(CAT\\) meetings/events\\.Provide demonstrations of products, review BRDs with team as needed, capture defects in defect management tools, work with client to resolve source of defects\\.
+ Review project schedules created by project managers and provide input to the project manager regarding deliverables and implementation timelines associated with all communications tasks\\. Help to establish a client BRD review schedule, prioritizing document reviews and signoff as appropriate to meet programming dates\\. Once baselined, provide weekly updates on completion of relevant tasks\\.
+ Provide feedback to product team regarding feasibility of implementation for new product releases or feedback from client regarding existing functionality\\.
+ Demonstrate the ability to read and make suggestions to test plans to test plan owners\\.
+ Ensure test plans cover all negative and positive conditions for each deliverable and process as appropriate\\.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively obtain and communicate status to immediate project team and upper management\\.
+ Handle multiple demands and competing priorities with minimal direct supervision\\.
+ Work with other internal groups to prepare testing strategies to support testing events, employee communications, employee tools \\(such as the enrollment web\\), and client reporting\\.
+ Execute testing and determine root cause of defects\\.Monitor/manage client and internal escalations\\.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
May perform one or more of the following:
+ Analyzes, plans and implements process improvement \\(such as Six Sigma initiative\\) needs\\.
+ Produces new process improvement techniques and services\\.
+ Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities\\.
+ Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls\\.
+ All other duties as assigned
Essential Skills/Knowledge/Certification:
+ Minimum of 5 years of related Health & Welfare benefits administration experience\\.
+ Proven ability to lead resources and projects tasks in a given work stream such as communications or new client system configuration\\.
+ Must be client facing\\.
+ Good written and oral skills\\.
+ Must be confident in delivery with a client\\.
+ MS Office Suite \\(Word, Excel and PowerPoint\\)
Education:
Bachelors degree, required
