Ensuring constant compliance with standards and to effect change where meritedEscalate and prioritize issues as needed to Informatics managementParticipate in the professional performance planning process with management including metrics, education, and professional growth.Responsible for timely and appropriate communications through e:mail, meeting documentation, and verbal / written correspondencePerform other related duties as required by leadership and managementMinimum 5+ yearsA? experience with management of informatics tools or other equivalent analytics tools required for the roleFluency in Informatics tools: SQL, Tableau, SSAS, SRS, Hadoop; ETL Advanced Microsoft Office skills, primarily in MS ExcelProven working experience as a data coordinatorThorough understanding of the integration between applicationsTrack record of learning new skills and putting them to use immediately.Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge and SkillsWorking knowledge of information care and analytics principlesTechnical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniquesAbility to understand and interpret technical conceptsAbility to prioritize work and meet project deadlines for informatics teamMust possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of groupsMust have ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingMust have excellent follow through and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with technical resources (Sys. Admins., DBAA?s, DAA?s, etc.)Experience with working under pressure and in a fast:paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi:task and meet tight deadlines
