Includes findings validation, ensure analysis makes sense and tailored solutions for the clientPresent report data in a way that is most meaningful and readily accessible to clients (internal / external) using a combination of application sources (cEMR, Centricity Business, Excel, etc.)Assist in populating, managing and monitoring the RCM KPI dashboard tools / reportsCollaborate with end:users (internal / external) to gather report requirements and ensure proper testing and validation Provide support to end:users (internal / external) on standardized and ad:hoc reportsIncorporate client feedback and experience into solutions to foster continual reporting improvementsAssist RCM management team by assembling and presenting requested information necessary for the preparation of reporting packages and presentationsCollaborate with the RCM Financial Analyst providing data quality validation and accuracy of reports / dashboardsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction with clients including consistent deliverables and reliabilityAttend weekly calls with clients to establish reporting priorities, and understand future reporting needsEscalate and prioritize issues as needed to managementParticipate in the performance planning process with management including metrics, education, and professional growth.Provide timely and appropriate communications through e:mail, meeting documentation, and verbal / written correspondenceAdditional projects as assigned to include support of claims and contract managementPerform other related duties as required by leadership and managementMinimum 2 : 4 yearsA? experience with management of reporting tools or other equivalent analytics tools required for the roleRCM knowledge a plusWork experience is necessary to learn to work with databases and spreadsheetsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, primarily in MS ExcelPrecision BI experience preferredExperience with and ability to learn RCM application software (Centricity Business, etc.) and develop understanding of functions in RCM and the customer businessExperience gathering requirements from the client / RCM operations and documentingA certain degree of creativity and latitude is expectedAbility to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate dataThorough understanding of the integration between applicationsCandidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge and SkillsWorking knowledge of information systems, and RCM reporting principlesAbility to understand and interpret financial and technical conceptsAbility to prioritize work and meet project deadlines for informatics teamMust possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of groupsMust have ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingMust have excellent follow through and attention to detail Must be able to communicate well with physicians and clinical staffAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findingsExperience with working under pressure and in a fast:paced environment
