Job Description:
The Content Management and Digital Marketing Service Specialist will be responsible for creating content across all of our social media channels to establish brand authority, engage with customers, and maintain company reputation.
You will help write, edit, and monitor social media posts, customer emails, general phone inquiries, and assist the marketing team with other related tasks.
You will also be working with the marketing team to research trends and develop website and social media promotions to be distributed across all channels.
Functions and Key Responsibilities:
:Marketing, Communications, and/or Business Education (Major preferred)
:Strong communication skills
:Excellent writing and grammar skills
:Excellent verbal skills
:Experience writing and editing on Social Media platforms and Blogs
:Ability to learn new a variety of marketing platforms
:Attention to detail
:The position requires self:motivation and willingness to learn.
:Maintain companys online presence through blogs.
:Creative and expert in writing and descriptions.
:Experienced with Word and Excel.
